Dear Hemingway Homes:
As you know, four years ago or thereabouts you and your fine construction crew built our new home in Potomac, Maryland. That was an interesting challenge in itself, since we were then living in Arizona and had to overcome that distance in making many of the finishing decisions. But your team was extremely cooperative in providing color options for the paints, carpeting options, etc. not only in writing but also by sending samples to us cross country in a timely way. As a consequence, our home turned out to be truly beautiful, and has since provided a wonderful living experience for our family.
Of even more importance is that you followed through in dealing with all the little construction issues that inevitably arise after completion of a major project such as this. In particular we had a roof issue that was almost impossible to identify and to diagnose, and that was a frustration for both you and for us. But you and your employees worked on that problem diligently, cooperatively, and without complaint. This issue was not fully resolved until about four years later, but that alone is a testament to the commitment you folks have to your customers, and your tenacity in responding to any issues they may have. Doing so over a four or five year period is truly remarkable, and I doubt that level of service would be matched by many contractors anywhere.
We are just tremendously happy with our home, and we constantly receive compliments on its quality, and on the creativity demonstrated in its design. Accolades for that got to you and your associates at Hemingway Homes.
Sincerely,
Clayton Yeutter
