Lot size including backyard potential, topography, neighborhood character, and of course, location are all important criteria that are evaluated. Maximum square footage is achieved with the implementation of a loft level, whenever possible. The principals of Hemingway look at each home site as if they would live there themselves and thus strive to create a product that meets all the standards of the current marketplace.
